What is pixel pitch?
The distance in millimetres between one LED pixel and the next. A smaller pitch gives a sharper picture from close up and costs more. See our guide for how to choose.
How far should viewers stand from the screen?
A common rule of thumb is that the minimum comfortable distance in metres is about the pitch in millimetres. For a P2.5 screen that is around 2.5 m.
What is the difference between indoor and outdoor LED screens?
Outdoor screens are much brighter and sealed against rain, dust and heat. Indoor screens are finer in pitch and meant for dry, covered spaces.
How much does an LED video wall cost?
It depends on pitch, size, brightness and installation. Each product page shows a starting rate per square foot. The final price is confirmed in a written quote.
Can you help me choose the size?
Yes. Use the configurator to see the nearest cabinet layout, resolution and an estimate, or send us the wall dimensions and viewing distance.
Do you install the screen?
Yes. Mounting, wiring, setup and testing are part of the service.
Can I rent an LED screen for an event?
Yes. We offer rental screens for weddings, launches, conferences and advertising. Tell us the date, venue and size.
What content can I show?
Images and video from a laptop or media player. Tell us your setup and we will advise on the controller.
What about warranty and support?
Display boards carry a warranty of 1 year for outdoor screens and 1.5 years for indoor screens. What the warranty covers is set out in your quote and invoice. For help after the sale, call or message us, Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 8 pm.
